Development integration privacy notice

Operator/contact: Sonar Digital, zoltan.nagy@sonardigital.io.

This notice describes data processed by the private Periscope dev DNS integration. Your provider handles your account password and MFA. Periscope receives OAuth authorization to list account domains, inspect DNS and add the records you explicitly approve. The provider's consent screen defines the permissions granted; the integration uses only domain and DNS operations.

OAuth access/refresh tokens, account domain inventory and DNS snapshots are processed in server memory. Periscope discards its authorization after successful application, disconnect, session expiry (at most 20 minutes), or process restart. The provider-side connected-app authorization can remain until you revoke it at the provider.

Periscope stores the selected hostname, project/environment, hosting resource reference, requested DNS records, provider label, connection status and timestamps with the project so verification can continue and the connection can be resumed. Saved status currently has no separate automatic deletion period; contact the operator to request its removal. Operational infrastructure also processes request/security metadata to run the service and investigate errors.

Your selected DNS provider receives authenticated domain/DNS requests. The selected hosting provider receives the custom hostname and required verification information. DNS records are public. Infrastructure operators may process service metadata. This DNS flow does not send domain account data or OAuth tokens to an AI model, and does not use them for advertising.

You can disconnect the account in Periscope, revoke access at your provider, and contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of stored connection information. This notice covers this private development integration; other Periscope features and the providers' own services have their own terms and notices.
